Our Story

BIG BIRDZ HOT CHICKEN was started by 5 longtime friends who all shared a deep love for hot chicken and great food. What began as years of friendship, late-night food runs, and conversations about the perfect flavor and crunch eventually turned into a vision of creating something of our own. We wanted to build a place that brings people together through fresh, crispy, flavorful hot chicken made the right way. From our sandwiches and tenders to our wings and loaded fries, everything is made with quality, consistency, and bold flavor in mind. BIG BIRDZ is more than just a restaurant to us — it represents friendship, passion, and the idea that great food creates unforgettable experiences.
